Bmax Gold Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read and interpret the rest of this document accurately.

Bmax Gold maintains strict eligibility requirements to ensure the platform is used responsibly and legally. All of the following conditions must be met before you may register an account or place any bet or game stake on Bmax Gold.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Capacity to Contract

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts, you must not register or use Bmax Gold.

Each individual may hold only one account on Bmax Gold. Opening multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal information – is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. If Bmax Gold identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, balances voided, and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Bmax Gold account. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bmax Gold account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Bmax Gold will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until you notify Bmax Gold of any breach.

Account Updates

If any of your registration details change – including your mobile number or name following a legal name change – you must update your account information promptly by contacting Bmax Gold support. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on Bmax Gold are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion fees, and no exchange rate deductions at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bmax Gold currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• All deposits are credited to your Bmax Gold balance in PKR instantly or within the processing time of your selected payment method.
• Bmax Gold does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside Bmax Gold's control.
• Deposits made from a payment account that does not match your registered name may be subject to verification before being credited.
• Bmax Gold reserves the right to return a deposit to the source if it cannot be matched to a valid account or verified payment method.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 2 to 10 minutes of request confirmation.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 business hours during normal processing windows.
• Bmax Gold does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fee applied by your receiving payment provider is outside Bmax Gold's control.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account in the same name as your registered Bmax Gold account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Players who have received bonuses must meet any applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bmax Gold reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 within any 30-day period.

Bmax Gold offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and special seasonal promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money balance.
• Wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and minimum odds for sports betting bonuses are published with each individual promotion on the Promotions page.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise (e.g., recurring weekly reload offers).
• Bmax Gold reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee outcomes, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are met.
• Bmax Gold may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that modifications do not retroactively alter the terms applicable to bonuses already credited to active accounts.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on Bmax Gold are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be closed and balances voided.

All games available on Bmax Gold – including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Ludo Games, Card Games, and all other titles – operate under specific game rules published within each game environment. By joining any game table or session, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

Random Number Generation

All random outcomes in Bmax Gold's card and table games are generated by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically independent, unbiased outcomes for every game event. Neither Bmax Gold staff nor any player can predict, influence, or manipulate RNG outcomes. All game results are logged and available for review by the Bmax Gold security team.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

If you experience a disconnection during a game session, Bmax Gold will complete the round based on the game state at the point of disconnection where technically possible. Bmax Gold is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party network providers. If a disconnection occurs due to a fault on Bmax Gold's side, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to collude with other players, use software tools to gain an unfair advantage, exploit game bugs, or otherwise cheat in any game on Bmax Gold is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Bmax Gold, including cricket, and all other markets available on the platform. These rules are supplementary to the general Terms and Conditions and take precedence over general terms where they conflict specifically on betting matters.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and recorded under your account's bet history. Bmax Gold reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed after the official start of an event, based on incorrect odds, or where market integrity cannot be guaranteed.

Odds Changes

Odds displayed before confirmation of your bet may change before your bet is accepted. If the odds change between your bet selection and final submission, the system will display the new odds and prompt you to accept or reject before the bet is placed. Bmax Gold does not guarantee that odds available when you begin building your bet slip will be available at the moment of confirmation.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a cricket match or other event is abandoned before reaching the minimum required duration as defined by the relevant competition rules, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand unless the venue changes significantly. In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on Bmax Gold update in real time. You are responsible for ensuring the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are acceptable to you. Bmax Gold cannot be held responsible for delays between the live event and the odds displayed on your screen caused by network latency. Any bets placed on clearly incorrect in-play odds may be voided at Bmax Gold's discretion.

Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to cricket and all other sports betting on Bmax Gold. Limits are displayed within the relevant market and vary by competition and bet type. Bets exceeding the maximum payout limit will be automatically adjusted at the time of placement.

You may not frame, scrape, or systematically extract content from Bmax Gold for use on any other website or application. Automated access to the Bmax Gold platform via bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

Bmax Gold provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bmax Gold makes no warranty – express or implied – regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors or bugs, or the accuracy of any information displayed on the platform.

• Bmax Gold is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events outside its reasonable control.
• Bmax Gold is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Bmax Gold's maximum liability to any single player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Bmax Gold's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Bmax Gold reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Bmax Gold determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account was registered with false or misleading information.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has opened multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
• Continued operation of the account presents a security or compliance risk to Bmax Gold or other players.

Where an account is closed due to verified bonus abuse, fraud, or rule violations, any balance in the account including real money deposits may be withheld pending investigation and legal review. In cases where a player genuinely wishes to close their account voluntarily, real money balance (excluding bonus balance subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Bmax Gold account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completing any applicable KYC verification.

Bmax Gold may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
